Assign NVivo Transcription subscriptions
If you purchased multiple Transcription subscriptions, either as an individual or as the administrator of an enterprise license agreement (ELA), you are responsible for assigning the subscriptions to end users.
-
Log into the myLumivero portal.
If you have multiple accounts linked to the profile, select the account that was used to buy Transcription.

End users receive an email to inform them that they have been given access to Transcription, with instructions on how to proceed.
If end users do not currently have myLumivero profiles they are sent an email to create one. End users can now log in and use NVivo Transcription with their personal myLumivero profiles.
You can unassign a subscription and reassign it to another person. In the Users section, click the bin icon beside the person you want to remove—the seat becomes available to assign to someone else.

Change account

For example, you might have an NVivo license assigned to you from your university, with one account, and have another, personal account, with which you bought a Transcription subscription. In this case you need to be logged into Transcription with the personal account in order to use it.
If necessary, change the account to use in the Transcription web app from the main menu , or if working from NVivo, see Windows or Mac instructions in the NVivo Help.
